1. Understanding Cancellation for Digital Courses


Since our courses are digital products and you receive immediate access to the content upon purchase, our "cancellation" process is directly tied to our Refund Policy.

If you change your mind about a course, you can cancel your purchase for a full refund, provided you are within the eligible refund period.

2. How to Cancel Your Course Purchase


To be eligible for a cancellation and a full refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

The request is submitted to us within 14 calendar days of purchase.

You have completed less than 20% of the total course content.

3. Effect of Cancellation


Upon a successful cancellation:

Your access to the course and all associated materials will be immediately revoked.

4. Cancellations After the Refund Period

After the 14-day period has expired, or if you have completed 20% or more of the course content, your purchase is considered final. At this point, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or a refund. You will, however, continue to have the lifetime access you were granted at the time of purchase.
